Working with One Man and A Brush was simple, reasonably priced,
and extremely satisfying! From the very beginning, my convenience was their priority, starting when I was able
to schedule an appointment for an estimate online, at a time that worked with my schedule. I received my estimate quickly, and it was
clear, easy to read, and contained all the information I needed. I had several areas around my home that
needed some repair work, but I had not mentioned them, since I was trying to stay within my budget. To my
surprise, these repairs were
included on my estimate along with the work I had requested, and all at a price lower than the ones
quoted by three other
companies! They were able to schedule my work for less than two weeks later. The incredibly polite and
friendly crew arrived promptly each day, worked hard, and did a terrific job. They noticed a small leak in
my gutter, and told me about an inexpensive sealant that would fix it. I purchased a tube that evening, and
they fixed it for me at no extra charge the next day. I also decided after they started that I would like to
get a price for staining a small deck that was not originally a part of the job. Richard quickly responded
with a a fair price, and the work was still completed within the time they had quoted. I can't say enough
about how pleased I am with the work AND the price! I am already planning to call them again for
some interior
painting. You absolutely won't go wrong with One Man
