| Good work, Good price |
| I got 4 estimates for a rental house make over, including
interior/exterior paint, roofing, carpentry, re-fixturing bathrooms, and final clean-up. One Man
and a Brush did it all, at a fair price. Two estimates were much too high, and 2 were reasonable. I
chose Richard and his crew because he understood what I wanted, and did not try to charge for every
nit-picking item or job that needed to be done. I wanted to fix up the house to sell, and his crew
did it all at a fair price, quickly and without problems. It seems these days contractors want to
rip you off with one time jobs, or else nickel and dime you to death over details. Not so with
Richard and his crew. I have been searching for years for an honest and competent handyman service
to help me with rental property, finally found the right company. I give highest ratings, 5 stars,

Wonderful Job
|
| My painting team came
to do a job that consisted of stripping wallpaper, sanding and painting walls, and prepping the
walls for new paper. We ended up painting a lot more than we had planned because their work was so
exquisite that I decided that it was superior to new wallpaper. Despite some setbacks (i.e. the
discovery of mold behind some of my old wallpaper), they worked with a positive attitude. Many long
days, several weekend days, and I could not be more pleased with my colors and the job they did. I
highly recommend them. |

company not knowing what to expect, but can I tell you they are absolutely wonderful! I was in need
of a painter for several small jobs within my home. Upon initial call to the company, I received a
same day call back from Richard. He indicated that they would be able to perform work within the
same week, which was awesome. Kevin was the painter that was assigned to complete the many paint
jobs I had and he was an absolute professional and perfectionist. The pricing was really a great
value! I'm planning to use this company for pressure washing also. What more can you ask for, but
